Our Nottingham branch has recently opened, and we’re looking for an experienced and adaptable Bartender to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a vibrant, expanding team, we’d love to hear from you.


Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Pour beer, wine, and spirits with accuracy and appropriate portion control.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process cash and card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked.
  • Maintain hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively during busy periods to prioritise service.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic math and POS system knowledge
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Previous hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
