Pay: £32,760-£36500 p/a (projected earnings up to £50k with tips and bonus)

You will be responsible for:

Oversee daily restaurant operations
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
Deliver outstanding customer service standards
Manage P&L, costs, and profitability
Drive sales through local marketing and partnerships
Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
Manage stock, suppliers, and labour costs
Create a positive and energetic work environment

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior manager in hospitality
Strong leadership and team development skills
Commercial mindset with a focus on sales and profitability
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Passion for food, ideally with interest in Japanese cuisine
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
