Our (New castle )location is opening soon, and we’re looking for an experienced and adaptable Kitchen Assistant to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. Key responsibilities:

Support chefs with food prep (chopping, washing, etc.)
Keep kitchen areas clean and organized
Assist with stock rotation and ingredient storage
Wash dishes and sanitize equipment
Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
Restock supplies as needed during service

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good physical stamina and time management
Quick learner with attention to detail
Previous kitchen experience (a plus, not required)
Food safety certification (if applicable)
