Pay Rate: £11.00 - £12.71 (Earn up to £14.00 per hour including tips)

Hours/Schedule: 40-45 hours per week

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and restocking.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and bar service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
