Welcome to Maki Nori!


We’re looking for an experienced and confident Waiter/tress to help lead the Front of House team at Maki Nori.

You’ll be hands-on during service, supporting the team, maintaining our high service standards, and ensuring every guest receives the warm, polished experience expected of our upscale concept.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the FOH team during service, maintaining Maki Nori’s refined service standards
  • Build strong knowledge of the menu, premium ingredients and drinks to confidently guide guests
  • Learn menu knowledge, recommendations and natural upselling
  • Support the bar team when necessary.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Support management with fine customer service
  • Attend trainings and be punctual


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous Waiter or FOH experience in a quality-led restaurant
  • Excellent food, beverage and customer service knowledge
  • Confident communicating menu knowledge and recommending/upselling dishes
  • Polished, organised and calm under pressure
  • A genuine interest in Japanese cuisine and premium hospitality
