Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Clean dining areas, washrooms, kitchen support areas, and staff facilities
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitise floors and surfaces
Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and efficiently
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards
Restock cleaning supplies and consumables as required
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

Skills & Experience

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Flexible and willing to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
