Key responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages promptly
Handle payments and process transactions
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area
Resolve guest concerns quickly and courteously

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Basic math and POS system knowledge
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Previous hospitality experience (preferred)
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
